چکیده
Evoversum is a program that implements open-ended Darwinian evolution of simple organisms in a digital system. It can be downloaded at http://sourceforge.net/projects/evoversum/files/ The project is focused on evolution of behavior, so only the controllers of the organisms are evolved, their morphology being fixed. Nevertheless, various very interesting behaviors have been observed to evolve in the simulation. Our main goal is to demonstrate in a digital system two remarkable abilities of evolution:
